Research

The Housing Center conducts respected, accurate, and accessible research on housing and lending patterns in Northeast Ohio and throughout the State which impacts policy and helps consumers. In addition to our annual State of Fair Housing in Northeast Ohio report, we produce a variety of reports, maps, and other publications examining fair housing and fair lending issues in the region, as well as foreclosure trends, subprime lending, and related matters.

Education

The Housing Center's education program informs consumers of their rights and clarifies fair housing law to landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals. Our educational programming is dedicated to preventing future discrimination and assisting individuals in understanding. We also train social workers, attorneys, and other advocates to help their clients who might face discrimination in housing.

Advocacy

The Housing Center works with residents of Northeast Ohio by helping consumers understand their fair housing rights and assisting those who have victimized by housing discrimination through every step of the complaint process.
